Privacy Policy

Wallcovering OS is software for wallpaper and wallcovering installation businesses. It is operated by 6 Figure Service Business LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the service collects, what we do with it, who else receives it, and the choices you have. Questions go to josephdooley22@gmail.com.

Two kinds of information

Your account. The businesses that sign up, and the people they add to their account — owners, office staff, salespeople and installers.

Your customers’ information. The homeowners, designers and other clients a business keeps records about. The business decides what to enter and why; we store and process it on the business’s behalf, to provide the service to them. If you are one of those customers and have a question about your information, contact the business you worked with — we will help them answer you.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash — we can’t read it), your business name, team members and their roles, and your settings and pricing rules.
• Business records you enter or import: customers (name, company, email, phone, address), jobs and job-site addresses, measurements, estimates, invoices, payments you record, notes, and messages you send or queue to customers.
• Information from services you connect: if you connect GoHighLevel, we import your contacts and opportunities; if you connect QuickBooks, we read and create customers, invoices and payments there for you. The access keys for connected services are stored encrypted.
• Job-site photos you take or upload. Photos taken with a phone can contain the location where they were taken.
• Location, in the mobile app — only if you turn it on. Location sharing is off until a team member switches it on for themselves (Pro plan only). Once on, the app records location only while there is a work signal: a room timer is running, the hour after an on-my-way text, or between “Start your day” and “Stop your day”. Owners and admins can see these points on the team map, and you can see your own. Location points are deleted automatically after 30 days, and “Stop your day” deletes your last 12 hours right away. Turning sharing off stops new collection. When you send an on-my-way text, your current location is used once to estimate the arrival time and is not stored.
• Sales appointment recordings, in the mobile app — only if used. On the Pro plan, a business can record sales appointments. Recording starts only after the salesperson confirms the customer has agreed to be recorded. Recordings are stored privately for that business and can be heard by its owners and admins and by the salesperson who made them. We create a written transcript and coaching notes from each recording (see “Who else receives information”).
• Device information needed to send you push notifications from the mobile app.
• Technical logs: like any website, our hosting provider keeps request logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.

No ad trackers. We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies we set keep you signed in, plus a short-lived one while you connect QuickBooks.

How we use it

• To provide the service: estimates, schedules, invoices, messages, notifications and the reports you see.
• To send the emails you ask for (such as an invoice to your customer) and account emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password reset).
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems and provide support.
• To bill Pro subscriptions.

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use your business records to market to your customers.

Who else receives information

We use service providers to run Wallcovering OS. Each receives only what it needs for its job:

• Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage (United States).
• Vercel — hosting the website and app (United States).
• Postmark — delivering emails, including invoices you send to customers.
• Our payment processor (currently Commas) — Pro subscription payments. Card details go to the processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• OpenAI — turning appointment recordings into transcripts, if you use recording.
• Anthropic — producing coaching notes and follow-up plans from transcripts and deal details, if you use recording.
• Google Maps — looking up job-site addresses and estimating drive times for on-my-way texts.
• Expo — delivering push notifications to the mobile app.

Services you connect. When you connect GoHighLevel or QuickBooks, information moves between Wallcovering OS and that service as you direct, and that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what it holds. If a business creates an agent key for its own AI assistant, that assistant can read the business’s jobs and customers.

Other disclosures. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply to it).

Estimate and invoice links

Estimates and invoices are shared through private links. Anyone who has a link can open it without signing in, and links don’t expire. An invoice page shows the customer’s name, company and address and the job-site address. We tell search engines not to index these pages, but please share links only with the person they’re meant for.

How long we keep it

• Location points: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Recordings not yet uploaded stay on the phone for up to 30 days.
• Everything else — account details, business records, photos, recordings and transcripts — is kept while the business’s account is open, or until it is deleted.

When a business asks us to close its account, we delete its records, photos and recordings within 30 days. Copies in our providers’ backups are removed as those backups expire.

Your choices

• Most information can be viewed and corrected in the app.
• Location sharing can be switched off at any time from the Me screen in the mobile app.
• To get a copy of your business’s data, delete specific records or recordings, or close your account, email josephdooley22@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days, and we honor these requests wherever you live.

If you use recording or location features

Laws on recording conversations and on tracking employees vary by state. A business that uses these features is responsible for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires from its customers and team members. See our Terms of Service.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Each business’s data is walled off from every other business’s at the database level, and access within a business follows the roles it assigns. Keys for connected services are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Wallcovering OS is a business tool. It is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect.
