Terms of Service
Effective November 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and 6 Figure Service Business LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Wallcovering OS (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use the service for a business. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. The account owner controls who is on the team and what role each person has, and is responsible for their use of the service.
- Tell us right away at josephdooley22@gmail.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Plans and billing
- Free costs nothing and includes one login. We may change what Free includes, with notice.
- Pro is a monthly subscription, $99 a month unless a different price is shown at checkout, billed in advance through our payment processor. A business’s first Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
- Pro renews every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Promotion and partner codes apply as described when you enter them, and may end or be limited.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase applies to your subscription. Prices don’t include taxes, which you are responsible for where they apply.
- If a payment fails, we may move your business to Free until it is paid.
4. Your data
Your business’s records — customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos and recordings — belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, and as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to put your customers’ and team members’ information into the service and for its accuracy.
5. Check your numbers
Wallcovering OS calculates estimates, roll counts and prices from the measurements, product details and pricing rules you enter. Those results are tools to help you, not guarantees. You are responsible for checking estimates, material quantities, prices, taxes and invoices before you send them or order materials, and for confirming product details such as roll size and pattern repeat against the manufacturer’s specifications. We are not responsible for material shortages or overages, pricing errors, or lost jobs that result from the service’s calculations or from the information entered into it.
6. Recording, location and messages
- Recording. Laws on recording conversations differ by state, and some require everyone on the call to agree. If your business records appointments, you are responsible for following those laws and getting the consent they require before you record.
- Location. If your business uses location sharing, you are responsible for telling your team members how it is used and getting any consent the law requires. Each team member chooses whether to turn it on.
- Texts and emails. You are responsible for the messages you send to your customers through the service, including following laws on texting and email. Send only to people who expect to hear from you about their job.
- AI agent keys. If you create an agent key, you are responsible for what your AI assistant does with it.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to receive;
- upload malware, or try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours;
- overload, disrupt, copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or scrape it with automated tools other than an agent key we issue to you.
8. Other services
The service connects to products we don’t control, such as GoHighLevel and QuickBooks. Your use of them is covered by their terms, and we aren’t responsible for them or for changes they make that affect a connection.
9. Changes and availability
We are always improving the service, so features may change, and some may be labeled as early or beta. We work to keep it running but don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We will give notice before removing a feature that Pro customers are paying for.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account at josephdooley22@gmail.com; ask first if you would like a copy of your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 4, 5 and 11 to 14 continue after the agreement ends.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, jobs or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims by others that arise from your business’s data, your messages to customers, your recordings or location use, or your breaking these terms or the law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state and federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina, and both of us agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell account owners by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. Using the service after that means you accept them.
16. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away doesn’t waive it. You can’t transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business.
